Creation and maintenance of information resources of town planning is necessary to ensure optimally sound management
decisions for the development of mining areas. This activity is possible on the basis of prompt provision to the authorities
of full objective information on territorial reserves with the possibility of predicting effective results. Particular attention
should be given to the division of information on the study of natural and technogenic conditions on the basis of materials
and the results of engineering surveys. Full implementation of the information system of town planning, in accordance
with the Town Planning Code, is impossible without the implementation of comprehensive analysis of the development of
the mining area, valuation of real estate items in order to increase the revenue side of the budget from tax collection,
prompt issuance of permits for the construction of real estate items on the basis of materials and results of engineering
surveys, monitoring of objects of town planning activity with the purpose of their current use conformity estimation to the
approved documents of territorial planning, considering the underworked territories of cities. The situation is examined by
the example of the activities of the Department of Urban Development and Architecture of the territory of the Kushvinsky
urban district.
